We have daily, weekly monthly and seasonal rates, Our fall and winter rates are avaiable for longer term rentals at LOW mothly rates. Remember, we provide ALL UTILITES, inc water , heat, air conditioning, TV CABLE, WIFI EVERYWHERE. When you add up the value of all of these extras at no extra cost, the low rental value is very attractive for a couple in the smaller one bedroom + apartment which can sleep up to 4 or more, and the larger 3 bedroom unit 1, which can sleep 5 or more, if you sleep duuble in the larger beds. Great for a family group, or a group of weekend gals, or guys.

This is a two bedroom unit. Br 1 has a king bed, Br2 has a queen and a full sized bed. There is a 3rd bedroom with a queen bed. Also, in the main front room is a queen sized futon, a love seat foldown single futon, and two ample large soft couches and a loveseat sized ample couch.

It has a full service kitchen, with natural gas oven/range, countertops with double sink, a full sized refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, a coffee maker, and a toaster. It has lots of cookware, dishes, utensils etc.

It has a bull tathroom/shower room. Adjacent is a half bath. This works well so that more than one can access the bathroom with two separate rooms.

There is a forced natural gas furnce that feeds the entire apartment, with a wall theromostat. Most of the time, in the front room, is a gas log fireplace, with its own thermostat, that keeps everything warm and toasty most of the year. In extreme winter months, the main furnace will kick in, and in the event of a power outage, which is very infrequent, but can happen, we have a Napoleon 90,000 BTU wood burning stove. Many love to stoke it up with wood, and sit by the sunny heat of the wood burner, and it puts out a lot of heat.

It will heat the entire building by itself, if you just keep feeding the wood to it. We have a good stock of cut/split wood onsite for just those times. But, normally, in the spring, summer and early fall, either no heat is required, or we have an airconditioner that can be turned on and does a very good job of cooling the entire apartment. Its all under your control, you set the temsp that suit you.

There is a lot of parking around the building and to the front in the grassy areas under the trees. Pretty much park anywhere, plenty of room to bring in yur trailers or boats, and there is a drive around the buiding so its easy to get in and out without backing up. There are two apartment units, so respect the needs of the other guests on this site.

1600 SQ FT OF LIVING AREA. Two main floor ground level entrances. Lots of parking, outdoors gas grill, great view of the frontal lawn garden area.

Large private 2 bedrooms with queen sized beds. Full kitchen, full bath/shower, wood burning free standing fireplace, gas log freestanding firepalce, HD cable TV, WIFI EVERYWHERE, two large comfy couches, loveseat couch, four beds, one king, two queens, one full sized bed. Can sleep up to five comfortably.

APARTMENT 1 WILDWOODRIDGE VACATION LODGE

Centrally located private wood lot location across from the town square shopping center. You can hear the soft sounds of live music drifting from town square on saturday evenings from Mumorial day to labor day. Its a nice thing to do on saturday bring your lawn chair and maybe a bottle of wine and enjoy the music. On wednesday we have a farmers market in town square fresh vegetables and plants. When you stay with us you are within walking distance of most of the shopping.

GOTTA CROWD, NEEDA BREAK, RENT OUR ROOM, GRILL A STEAK

THIS IS OUR LARGE 1600 SQ FT VACATION APARTMENT UNIT. It has a king, two queen and one full sized bed. There are two large comfy couches, a loveseat. This unit has a 40 inch HD large screen cable TV. There is WIFI EVERYWERE. There is a fully equiped kitchen with gas range with oven, a microwave oven, a full sized refrigerator with upper ice making freezer compartment, a kitchen dining room table. It has forced air central heating, with a large 90,000 BTU floor standing wood burner fireplace for those cool nights when its great to be indoors, next to a cozy fireplace. There is a gas log fireplace located at the opposite corner of the main room, in the front family entertainment living area.

This apartment is for large families or groups of common interest. It can sleep 8 or more comfortably. There is an outdoor gas grill for grilling steaks, burgers, polish sausages, chicken or a turkey if you wish.
